CMC 1060 RO Anti Scale Phosphonate

Product description

CMC 1060 is a Scale inhibitor for reverse osmosis (RO) system with a specially formulated in a liquid form based on a blend of phosphonates to avoid formation of scale on reverse osmosis membrane metallic.

Application

CMC 1060 is used as scale inhibitor for reverse osmosis (RO) system membrane highly effective material against calcium, magnesium, barium and strontium salts and oxides scale even iron may be stabilized.

Great Value benefits

  • CMC 1060 use low recommended dose.
  • CMC 1060 is specially designed to inhibit the scale formation in RO-systems equipped with polyamide-, cellulose acetate- and polyether membranes with anionically charged surface.
  • CMC 1060 is a stabilized solution of organic phosphonates with strong threshold effects.
  • CMC 1060 is nontoxic suitable for automatic dosing in potable water treatment system.
  • CMC 1060 affective against sulfate and carbonate scale comparing with other competitors.

Recommended Use Directions

  • CMC 1060 standard dose is 0.02 % – 0.1 % of feed water.
  • CMC 1060 must be dosed according to the analysis of feed water, and the planet condition the dosage is controlled proportionally to the feed water flow. Fitting materials are PE, PP or coated steel. In order to avoid biological fouling, the containers have to be cleaned from time to time with a 10 % sodium bisulphate solution.
